Parking and garages

Car parks

The parking areas at Woodlawn Court are private land. Parking in any of these areas is controlled. All spaces are private and are allocated. You should check you have authority to park in any given bay before doing so. And any vehicle that is not parked within a marked bay may be subject to action by the board on behalf of all residents.

Car park barriers

Please ensure you don't park where you will obstruct the closing of the car park barriers. Action may be taken against obstructing vehicles without notice. The barriers may be closed and locked some time in the evening. It's nobody's job to do this, but there are some helpful people who kindly ensure it's done most days. If you need a key to the barrier, you should contact our managing agent and give your address, Liv. If you open a barrier after it's been locked for the night, please ensure it is locked again behind you.

Parking on the road

There is unallocated parking space on the public road within Woodlawn Court. The double yellow lines are positioned to ensure that large vehicles (such as bin wagons) can get around the road. Traffic patrols visit the area regularly to enforce parking restrictions.
